mind - body - spirit - Health coaching
Integration is THE Journey
mind - body - spirit - integration
It’s all connected!
Healing at the root takes a marriage of mind, body, and spirit. As a trusted professional, I can support you in uncovering latent stories, and overwhelming emotions like fear, doubt, guilt, and shame, that are keeping you from living your life to its fullest potential.
A Mind - Body - Spirit approach sees health as multidimensional.
I offer supportive coaching to help you identify your strengths to work on areas of growth, ultimately leading to balance and personal transformation.
Mind - Body - Spirit - Coaching sees each person as a unique individual, and it is your unique characteristics that are at the forefront of the time we will be spending together.
heart centered coaching
My style of coaching comes from studying in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. At IIN, coaches learn to look for signs of each persons bio-individuality, meaning that each person, and thus each session is completely unique and focused on YOU!
This style of coaching is intimate, and will give you the opportunity to be seen, heard, and witnessed in your triumphs as well as your challenges. Compassion, empathy, and non-judgement are the key tools that I will provide to create this transformative experience for you.
Other tools that this style of coaching draws on are…
Complete Health History
Active Listening
Motivational Interviewing
Unconditional Presence
Mindfulness Techniques
Somatic Experiencing
Reflective Mirroring
Working through Limiting Beliefs
Circle of Life Tool
Together, these tools combine to create an experience where you get to set goals for yourself, explore what thriving feels like for you, then envision and create the healthiest version of yourself, and bring that vision into reality!
