60 minute session $60 - $95 (Sliding Scale)
90 minute session $90 - $135 (Sliding Scale)

Types of Therapy offered
Sports Massage - Uses particular techniques like cross-fiber friction, vibration, stretching, and long deep strokes to support clients that live an active lifestyle and want to optimize their performance.
Deep Tissue - Is a way to connect deeply into the fascia (connective tissue) to create space to go deeper into the musculature. Traditional deep tissue uses minimal or no oil and instead relies on heat created from slow friction to release fascial adhesions.
Trigger Point - A very specific type of therapy that uses rocking and oscillation to find and resolve triggerpoints that are quite likely referring pain to different areas. For instance, triggerpoints in the psoas could be the culprit for low back pain.
Circulatory - Uses long strokes and lighter pressure to create gentle relaxation.
Craniosacral - Uses the most gentle series of manipulations along the spine, brainstem, and cranial sutures to illicit deep releases at the core of the central nervous system. This modality is often described as a deeply healing guided/facilitated meditation.
Thai Massage - Is practiced on the floor on a Thai massage mat. Thai massage uses pressing, palm walking, stretching, and working specific energetic points to create deep relaxation and openness. This modality must be requested in advance so that I can prepare the mat for the session.
Cupping - Uses suction to release fascia, increase circulation, and remove metabolic byproducts
IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) uses tools to help break up stuck fascia
Most of my massage therapy sessions use a combination of these techniques depending on the needs of you body and your personal preferences.
